How do I select items to purchase? Each item in the store has an 'Add To Cart' button next to it. Simply enter the quantity of each item you would like in the 'Quantity' box and click on 'Add To Cart' to put them in your Shopping Basket. You can check whatever is in your Shopping Basket at any time by looking at the Shopping Basket towards the top right of the screen and clicking 'View Basket' |

How do I go through the Checkout? When you have finished shopping and have checked your selection using 'View Basket' then simply click on the 'Checkout' link to take you to the secure payment facility. |

What is the Log In? The first time you buy something from the site we will email you a unique customer Username and Password. If you use this on future visits we can offer you a more personalised shopping experience, for example special offers and discounts. You can also use the site more quickly because you will not be required to fill out your details on each visit.
You can still buy on-line without logging in. |

Why have I been asked to Register? When you click on some parts of the site a pop-up will appear inviting you to Register your details. This is so that we can send you a Username and Password to access those parts of the site that we wish to password protect.
This is completely separate from the Log In for repeat customers who each have their own unique Username and Password (see Log In above) enabling them to receive more personal customer care while shopping on-line. |
